From Idea to Global Platform
Born from frustration — a landlord chasing rent on WhatsApp. Research into how rent, maintenance and leases actually get managed across Nigeria.
Built five dedicated portals — Admin, Landlord, Agent, Tenant, and Vendor — and tested them end-to-end across Lagos, Ibadan, and Abuja.
Officially incorporated in Nigeria as Dukiani Digital Services Ltd (RC 9700361), and preparing to go live with real landlords, agents, tenants, and vendors.
